I’ve had this thing for over a year now it’s still doing damn good. The tires and frame have some wear, which is expected because I’m not exactly babying it, but nothing major has gone wrong. The battery isn’t as strong as it was on day one, obviously, but it still gets the job done for me. Not a piece of junk, which is more than I can say for half the crap out there.

I had to reach out to Razor support about an issue with my order. To be fair, they did respond and everyone was polite, but each reply took a couple of days, so the whole thing felt slower than I expected. Am I missing something, or is that just how long support usually takes? The issue did get fixed in the end, so I can’t say it was a bad experience, but I definitely would’ve appreciated quicker updates

I ordered from razor.com and the shipping was pretty much okay. It wasn’t terrible, but it also wasn’t great. My order showed up a couple days later than expected, and the tracking didn’t really update much, which was frustrating. The box arrived in good shape though, so overall it was fine...

About three weeks ago, I filed a warranty claim for my kid’s scooter, thinking it would be straightforward. Since then, I’ve been passed around to different people and asked for the same photos more than once. I followed up again last week, and there’s still no real update, no fix, and no replacement. At this point, it’s been way more hassle than it should’ve been and frustrating.

I needed a new wheel and felt disappointed because everything I checked was out of stock. It was frustrating because I just wanted to get the part and move on, but I couldn’t find it anywhere.

I bought this razor scooter thinking it would be a smooth, easy ride, but I feel kind of misled. The ride is really rough and bumpy, and after just a few minutes my feet start to hurt. It’s not comfortable at all, which is disappointing...

I grabbed this Razor scooter for my kid kind of in a hurry, and so far it’s been a solid pick. The brakes work well and it feels safe enough when they’re riding around. It did take me a few minutes to adjust everything, which was a little annoying since I was rushed, but overall I’m happy with it

At first I thought this Razor looked decent, but using it was a different story. Whoever designed the handle clearly didn’t think about wet hands, because it gets slippery almost immediately. The head is way too bulky too, especially around tighter spots, so I kept missing patches and somehow nicked myself more than I do with cheaper Razors. Rinsing it is also a pain since hair gets trapped in it and doesn’t wash out easily. I expected better, but it feels like someone made it look nice and forgot it actually had to work.

It was really easy to use and took around no time at all. I didn’t run into any issues.

I ordered it from razor.com and thought the price was fair. I looked around at a few other sites first, this still seemed like one of the better deals.

Shipping was totally fine and everything showed up the way it was supposed to. Nothing was missing, there weren’t any weird problems with the order.

For what I paid, I’m happy with it. I’d probably buy it again if I needed another one.

It’s decent overall, especially if you’re trying not to spend too much, but the build does feel a little cheap. It works fine, I just wouldn’t expect anything super sturdy or premium.

The battery life is good. I’ve noticed it gets me through most of the day, even with me checking it way too often and keeping an eye on every little percentage drop. I do wish it lasted just a bit longer, especially near the end when it hits that 20% range, but overall it’s been solid.

My first thought was that the return process was fine, nothing special. The refund took longer than I expected, which was annoying, but it did eventually come through.

The scooter has been running smooth so far and it picks up speed better than I thought it would. Battery has held up fine for my shorter rides around town. Happy with it overal and I’d order from them again.

Putting this together took way longer than I thought it would. The instructions weren’t very clear in a few spots, so I had to keep stopping and guessing what the next step was supposed to be. I was expecting something a lot more straightforward and easier to follow.
